Quality Control in Anti-Drone System Manufacturing

We design quality control processes around the mission-critical nature of Anti-Drone Systems. Every device must deliver stable jamming or interception performance under real-world conditions, with no compromise in safety, compliance, or operational efficiency.

Strict Material Verification

All RF modules, GaN amplifiers, antennas, and shielding materials undergo incoming inspection. We verify supplier certifications, batch traceability, and electrical parameters. Critical components such as high-power transistors and filters receive 100% functional checks before entering production.

Controlled Assembly Process

Assembly follows IPC and J-STD workmanship standards. SMT processes are monitored with solder paste inspection (SPI) and automated optical inspection (AOI). Cable assemblies and RF connectors are torque-checked to ensure optimal impedance matching and low signal loss.

In-Process Functional Testing

Each stage of production includes performance validation. Subassemblies such as the RF front end, digital control board, and power supply are tested separately. We measure output power, frequency accuracy, and harmonic suppression before final integration.

Full RF Performance Validation

Completed Anti-Drone Systems are tested across all intended jamming frequency bands. Tests include:

Effective Radiated Power (ERP) measurement

Frequency coverage accuracy

Intermodulation and spurious emission checks

VSWR and Antenna Pattern Verification

Measurements are performed using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and calibrated RF loads.

Environmental and Reliability Testing

Systems undergo thermal cycling, high-humidity exposure, and vibration tests to simulate transport and field use. Outdoor-rated models receive IP-sealing verification and salt-fog testing to confirm resistance to rain and corrosion.

Safety and Regulatory Compliance

We integrate EMC pre-compliance scans, ESD testing, and power-safety checks into quality control. Each batch is reviewed for conformity with CE, FCC, and other applicable standards, ensuring systems are both effective and lawful in intended markets.
