Module overview
Broadband GaN RF amplifier covering 2–6 GHz, with 200 W typical CW saturated output and a 28 V nominal supply. Supports broadband signals with up to 200 MHz instantaneous bandwidth; modulated-signal output depends on the operating conditions.
The module uses GaN devices in an aluminium enclosure. The supplier lists CW and broadband signal amplification for RF laboratory, EMC test, radar and wireless communication applications. The same amplifier is also marketed for interference systems; it is a signal amplification module and does not itself provide a complete detection or communication system.

Interfaces and specification notes
The module has SMA and N RF connections and a 15-pin D-sub control connector. An external heat sink is required. The supplier lists temperature and standing-wave monitoring and protection. RS485 and certain control functions are marked as optional or reserved in the interface table, so their availability depends on the supplied configuration.
The 200 W rating is typical saturated output with a CW signal, not a guaranteed linear output rating for every modulated waveform. The 2–6 GHz operating range and the up-to-200 MHz instantaneous bandwidth describe different characteristics. Output capability and gain vary with supply voltage.
