10-18GHz 20W UWB RF Power Amplifier for Anti-Drone Systems
The 10-18GHz 20W UWB RF Power Amplifier for Anti-Drone Systems is a professional broadband solid-state RF power amplifier designed to deliver stable high-power output across the complete 10-18 GHz operating band. It combines high gain, efficient thermal transfer and practical control interfaces in a compact aluminum module for integration into demanding radio-frequency systems.
Unlike narrowband amplifiers that require separate hardware for every channel, this wideband PA provides flexible frequency coverage from one module. It is suitable for anti-drone jamming, UWB microwave transmission, radar signal amplification, laboratory RF testing and electronic countermeasure equipment. The 50-ohm RF path supports integration with standard signal generators, exciters, filters, combiners, antennas and monitoring equipment.
Key Advantages
- Wide frequency coverage: continuous operation across 10-18 GHz.
- High RF output: 20 W for reliable link-budget and countermeasure performance.
- High gain: 43 dB, reducing driver-stage requirements.
- Stable response: Ultra-wideband response for consistent power across the band.
- Industrial DC supply: 28 V DC with current consumption of 4.1-4.2 A.
- Thermal reliability: aluminum housing transfers heat to an external heatsink or forced-air cooling plate.
- System protection: Over-temperature and over-current protection.
- Standard RF connection: SMA female, customizable SMA/N type.

Engineering and Integration
For optimum output power, mount the amplifier on a flat thermal surface with suitable heatsink capacity and forced-air cooling when required. Use a regulated low-ripple DC supply with adequate current margin. All RF ports should remain connected to properly matched 50-ohm components. The antenna, load, attenuator or combiner must be rated for the specified output power. Avoid operation without a load and keep input drive within the stated range.
The module can be integrated as the final RF stage after a frequency source, synthesizer or low-power driver. Optional filtering can be added at the output to meet system spectral requirements. Multiple modules may be installed in a multi-band platform, allowing independent control of different frequency ranges. Its compact format supports fixed stations, vehicle-mounted equipment, portable test systems and custom OEM assemblies.
Typical Applications
